We are delighted to report that the B-CLIPS scheme administered by MCCBA has been shortlisted for Pro Bono & Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year at the 2026 Bar Pro Bono Awards. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 19 May.

MCCBA is delighted to present, in conjunction with the Birmingham Business and Property Courts Forum and Birmingham Law Society, a special interactive panel event exploring how to litigate an injunction from cradle to grave. The panel will feature HHJ Tindal (s.9 Circuit Judge), Georgina Morris (Gowling WLG), Michelle Caney (St Philips Chambers) and Ali Tabari (St Philips Chambers).
