The MCCBA was delighted to welcome the recently-appointed Chancellor, Sir Colin Birss, to our celebration of the second anniversary of the Birmingham Chancery Litigants-In-Person Scheme (B-CLIPS). Sir Colin very kindly presented our first BCLIPS Pro Bono award to Raghav Trivedi of St Philips Chambers for his contributions to B-CLIPS.
